I had the incredible opportunity to rebrand three existing brands under the Mortgage Research Center umbrella, with FHALoans.com being one of them. The outcome was a vibrant and disruptive brand, setting it apart from any other in the mortgage industry.
FHALoans.com is a privately owned website designed to offer precise information, tools, and tips for securing an FHA loan. Additionally, the website serves as a platform to generate leads, connecting them with diverse mortgage lenders nationwide.
Our research and data indicated that first-time buyers, who are most likely to consider using an FHA loan, often experience feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, and uncertainty throughout the homebuying process. I aimed to establish a brand that would counteract these sentiments by infusing optimism and fun into an otherwise daunting process.
Illustration and iconography serve as perfect companions to enhance a delightful user experience. We crafted buttons that irresistibly beckon to be pushed and whimsical mascots that seamlessly integrate illustrations into their own world. My aim was for the illustrations to seamlessly blend into the experience and journey of scrolling through the homepage. I selected colors that mirror the optimism and ease we aspire for users to feel when they visit our website.
